Sydney is a Santa Fe based composer and multimedia artist. She is a classically trained musician whose compositions explore the interplay of acoustic, symbolic, synthesized and body-centered elements. She has composed and performed scores for choreographers, installation artists, filmmakers, and poets. Her music has traveled the globe in installation, film and dance.

As a 2-time Grammy nominated sound engineer, her earliest work took place at the dawn of digital recording and non-linear editing with Soundstream, Inc. Her one woman installation, Lingering_Lush, at the Klaudia Marr Gallery (2008), showed her recent artistic explorations which take the form of Light & Sound Animations, scored for viewing in both large and small formats. In 2010 her collaborative work with Helmut Lohr, Geometry of Music, was included in The Albuquerque Museum of Art & History's exhibit Sensory Crossovers: Synesthesia in Modern Art.
